Chewie's Playland

Unfortunately the Original Chewie's Playland at Exit 5 on Main Dunstable is closed and we are in the process of building a new place at 217 West Hollis off of Exit 5 and should be open early March 2018.

Exit 8 location opened up early June 2016 and we can still accept dogs but can no longer accept daycare pups looking for set schedules, until we get some openings! We can accept completed applicants to be put on the wait list if set days are wanted!  We can still accept applications for daycare as needed, Saturday daycare, Grooming and Boarding.

Grooming and Boarding pups are still in pretty good shape but we do book up fast during vacation weeks and holidays!

Please fill out the  required documents below and fax or email them to info@chewiesplayland.com. 

WE REQUIRE 3 DAYS TO PROCESS APPLICATIONS (THE PROCESS DOES NOT START UNTIL WE RECEIVE THE PAPER APPLICATION and VACCINE HISTORY)

If you have multiple pets please print only pages 1 and 2 from the application for them and fill out owner name and the new pet information. Each pet should have their own boarding form especially if there is changes in food or medication.
