Hello Chewie's Family,
Grooming: We have been extremely busy grooming and our team is doing an amazing job! The new grooming email is grooming@chewiesplayland.com to make appointments, please add this to your safe email list. You do get a $5 credit for each referral :) Please try to book your holiday grooms now, and we are booking out about 1-2 weeks. If you pre-book your groom and come in every 4-6 weeks for grooming and/or up keep you do receive a $5 off coupon! You can also book through our website: Grooming Booking. We are pleased to announce that Fernanda has also returned back to the area so there is grooming once again 7 days a week at our North Location and 6 days a week at our South Location! Our main full service groomers are Analise, Anna and Fernanda. Autumn is available for Basic Grooms. Myself and Tatyana are our main Cat groomers at this time. Myself, Devin and Monica normally do our older pets and behavioral grooms and other special requests.
Daycare: We are full most days for daycare, with spots here and there because of cancellations. We basically are reaching our max numbers daily except for Saturday and Sundays(North only on Sunday). I just wanted to send out a friendly reminder and ask that if your pup will be absent on their regularly scheduled daycare day that you inform us as soon as possible or at least 24 hours in advance to avoid the daycare fee/pass use. We understand that some of are getting frustrated that they are still on a waitlist, we are doing the best we can! We have even been exploring expanding.
Boarding: Boarding has been full most weekends and we still have a few spots left for the holidays, please plan ahead and cancel as soon as you know to avoid any fees. We are requiring a $25 deposit per a pet now for all boards. Holiday Boarding requires a $50 per a pet deposit per a holiday. We do open boarding on Holidays and Vacations reservations first to clients that use one of our services at least once every 2 months first as said in a prior email. If there is still spots available anyone can make reservations when within 4 weeks of Holiday/Vacation period. These times can be found on our calendar on our website along with when the one time $10 holiday pet fee occurs. Our cancellation policy can be found here: Chewie's Boarding.
Training: Virtual Lessons, in person sessions, and at home sessions are still all available at Chewie's. Owners have the ability to buy packages and they can be used for either virtual or in person at Chewie's. You can schedule a lesson while your pup is in daycare as well as long as you had prior initial visits, it's a great tool to help those of you with a busy schedule. Advanced Adventure classes will resume shortly as well a puppy class. Fieldtrips: The Pool is heated and will remain opening until end of October/beginning of November. We will be doing a pool field trips, trail fieldtrips, or off leash in the fenced in acre about once a week. You can also book private times to swim, walk, play. When the pool closes we will still continue to do the leashed trail field trips with a small amount of time off leash weather permitting or letting the pups have a full fieldtrip of running around the fenced in acre. At this time, fieldtrips are a little spontaneous, we will make posts, list on calendar or if you wanted to be added to the impromptu fieldtrip list let us know! The field trips are $14 with daycare, you can buy passes as well if your pups attend often. If you are basically just dropping off for the field trip you will be charged the least daycare charge (2 hours).
Photo shoots! We have our regular Halloween photos if you pet brings a costume on 10/28 to our South and 10/29 to North,location. Holiday Photo shoots coming up the free Santa Pictures for all are right now TBD but we will get back to you shortly with exact dates!

I also wanted to take this time to thank all of my Chewie's Crew employees and the entire Chewie's Client family when I had suddenly lost my sister. I was overwhelmed by the support you all have shown me, my family and her children. My staff were definitely Rockstars during that time. I truly appreciate the bonds we make through Chewie's.
