Hello Chewie’s Family,
This blast is going out to all clients in our system due to the fact that will be switching over to a new Software Paw Partner from Petexec on Oct. 13th.

All client data has been imported, and reservations/deposits/credits/debits etc. will be transferred over. We do urge you when you receive the email from Paw Partner that we are now client facing and active that you log into your new Paw Partner account on the website or you can download the app (we will be having be having them make us our own Chewie’s Playland app available on all platforms, just don’t know if it will be available on October 13th yet) and would like you to login re-sign the waivers and check your client information and pet information to make sure everything is OK.
Even though this might be a new way for us to do things, it will be better in the long run because you’ll be able to see a lot more information and be able to request more. We are also able to send pictures and post on a timeline and tag you in there. You will be able to add a friends or additional owners if you’d like to have your pet’s profile.
The only thing that did not transfer over is all our pet photos so if you have noticed that your pet photo has not been uploaded and you want to take one and upload it for us, I’d be greatly appreciate it. Please bear with us as we make this adjustment and get used to the new system. We assure you that everything will be done correctly or can be fixed if not imported correctly.
What’s New
Good News, no price major price increases just minor or additional services! Some packages have discontinued though.
We will be changing our boarding policies so that you can only use daycare passes if you have a monthly pass or you’re using your VIP Saturday otherwise it is actually more cost-effective for you to pay for daycare with boarding.
You will no longer be able to hold a balance, without a payment plan agreed upon as payment is due at the time services are performed. If you have a balance that is 30 days old you will be charged $5 every 30 days until paid. If you have a balance, you will not be able to keep daycare reservations, boarding reservations or grooming reservations unless paid first. This is due to high number of clients that “have promised to pay next time.”
We are very excited to announce that our Training has kicked it up a notch with a variety of group classes, daycare with training and privates at Chewie’s with Beyond Sit and Freedom K9! The classes will rotate and there will be fun ones added in as well. (Pre-Puppy, Puppy, Intro, Basic, Intermediate, Trick, Agility, CGC, Training for Kids and their dogs) These will be posted on our website and our social media. We also have a list of trainers we refer to for mobile training as well. Information can be found on our website and the google calendar will be updated on the site. Our trainers are always looking for classes you may be interested in so please feel free to let us know! Owners have also been very happy with our specialized daycare plus and mini training sessions for those dogs that need mind work and more structure, these will be continued.
 
Owners have been really happy with the results of our wellness and fitness programs that have provided fast recoveries from surgeries, weight loss and keeping your pet fit and young, as well preventive surgery measures.
 
Agility/Indoor park, self-wash and grooming request can still be made on our website, but you will also be able to request some in the new system or by text or email for grooming please email grooming@chewiesplayland.com all other inquires can go to our general email.
Lastly to reward the staff for working tirelessly around the clock will be closed the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas for general daycare, monthly pass holders will be able to attend if needed at either location, boarding will be open as always as well as any other scheduled appointments if made.
If you are no longer are interested in receiving emails from us please let us know, and please bear with us as we make adjustments to both systems if you have moved or no longer have pets. (I believe you can deactivate it as well in Paw Partner) when you receive the information for you new log in, unfortunately all client profiles in our system have been imported into Paw Partner even if inactive or if you no longer have your fur babies, you will still have a client account).
